Q - Do you require a certain type of image file?
A - Any image "type" will work - JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, PDF, or BMP.   Just about any picture you take with your phone should work fine as long as the person's face fills close to 1/3 of the screen.   If you're sending images from your computer, please try to ensure any image files of faces be no smaller than 600x600 pixels, and pictures of multiple people that you want us to use are no smaller than 1200x600 pixels.   If you send us an image of a background you want used, please ensure that it is also at least 1200x600 pixels in size.   All of this ensures that we can create the most accurate image possible.

Q - What kind of image file do you send to me?
A - Image files are supplied in 300 dpi quality so you can have them properly printed by any source (online or local to you).   Without a background, images are in PNG format with a transparent background.

Q - What kind of quality are the postcards?
A - Postcards are 5"x7" made with 14pt stock and a gloss finish on both sides.   The front of the card is filled with your requested image while the reverse side can include a special message . . . be prep'ed for mailings . . . or simply left blank.

Q - What are the lead-times?
A - Completed image files will be emailed back to you within 3-5 days of us receiving your order with usable photo(s).   Postcards can take 5-10 days to complete prior to shipment (depending on complexity of the requested image and quantity of postcards).

Q - How much does shipping cost?
A - Shipping is included in our prices to any location within the United States and Canada.   For shipments outside of the U.S./Canada, please use the Contact Page to let us know where you need them shipped to and we'll calculate any added costs for you.

Q - Do you take special requests?
A - Of course!   Just use the contact page to communicate what you're wanting and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.   Whether you want a different size card, a printed poster of your image, or something totally outside the box, we can accommodate almost any request.

Q - Do I need to purchase a QR Code every time I want you to put it on a postcard?
A - Absolutely not!   Once you purchase one for your site you don't need to purchase another one - unless it's for a different site.   We'll send you a copy of your QR Code so you can use if for whatever you want in the future, and we'll also keep a copy on file in case you need us to use it on another postcard.
 

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:   We understand that you are trusting us with images of you and/or your family (including children) which means maintaining the privacy, security, and ownership of those images is our number one priority.   Those images are YOUR personal property, and we will NEVER use any images supplied by our customers for any purpose other than to create the artwork we offer.   Any images you share with us to create these custom cards will NEVER be sold, shared, or reused for any other purpose AT ALL.   In fact, all original images are deleted from our computers within 3-5 days of your cards being shipped to ensure they cannot be copied, replicated, or stolen.   Understand, however, that the artwork and caricatures created by us may be used by us for marketing materials at any point in the future.   And if they are used, no names of any kind will be shared that could reveal the source of their creation, nor who they were modeled after.
