| OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU: We understand that you are trusting us with images of you and/or your family (including children) which means maintaining the privacy, security, and ownership of those images is our number one priority. Those images are YOUR personal property, and we will NEVER use any images supplied by our customers for any purpose other than to create the artwork we offer. Any images you share with us to create these custom cards will NEVER be sold, shared, or reused for any other purpose AT ALL. In fact, all original images are deleted from our computers within 3-5 days of your cards being shipped to ensure they cannot be copied, replicated, or stolen. Understand, however, that the artwork and caricatures created by us may be used by us for marketing materials at any point in the future. And if they are used, no names of any kind will be shared that could reveal the source of their creation, nor who they were modeled after. |
