1. Our Services
We create personalized caricature artwork based on photographs and information provided by our customers. Each piece is custom-made and may vary from examples shown on the website.

2. Customer Responsibilities
You agree that the photographs you upload belong to you, or you have permission from the copyright owner to use them. You have permission from any recognizable individuals appearing in the photos to submit them for this purpose. The information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for the content you submit.

3. Photo Quality
The quality of the finished caricature depends on the quality of the photographs provided. Poor lighting, blurry images, or partially obscured faces may affect the final artwork. If we determine that the submitted images are insufficient, we may request replacement photographs before beginning work.

4. Artistic Interpretation
Caricatures are artistic interpretations and are intentionally stylized. By placing an order, you acknowledge that artistic style is subjective and the final artwork may not exactly match your expectations or resemble a photograph perfectly. Minor artistic differences do not constitute defects.

5. Revisions
Each order is based on the photos and information you give to us when you place your order. Any additional revisions requested by you may be subject to additional charges. Requests that significantly change the original concept may be treated as a new order.

6. Delivery
Estimated completion times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by: incomplete information, replacement photo requests, customer approval delays, and/or technical issues, which may extend delivery times.

7. Printed Products
If printed products are ordered, you understand that: colors may vary slightly between digital images and printed materials . . . shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier . . . we are not responsible for carrier delays after shipment.

8. Refund Policy
Because every caricature is custom-created specifically for the customer: Orders generally cannot be cancelled once artwork has begun. Completed custom artwork is generally non-refundable. If an error occurs due to our mistake, we will work with you to correct it.

9. Copyrights
Unless otherwise stated: We retain the copyright to artwork we create.

10. Portfolio Use
We may display completed artwork in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials only if you have given us permission. If you do not grant permission, your artwork will remain private.

11. Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse orders involving: illegal content, hateful or discriminatory content, explicit or pornographic material, content that infringes another person's rights, material we believe is inappropriate.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

13. Website Availability
We strive to keep the website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
